Our Pricing Policy

I ASSIST utilizes four (4) levels of pricing for our clients as follows:

 

·    Hourly

·    Special Projects

·    Monthly Contracts

·    On-Site

 
A deposit is required prior to commencement of project.  There may be an additional charge for last minute projects or evening/weekend service and payment is required in full prior to the delivery of finished project. 

HOURLY:
Our pricing includes use of our equipment and supplies, and are as follows:

  • General Word Processing/Administrative Support: $20/hourly
  • General Desk-top Publishing: $30/hourly

 

SPECIAL PROJECTS:
Quotes for special projects will be provided based on the estimated time and the complexity of the project.  All incidental costs associated with the project will be included in the estimate.  Pricing will be based on the actual time and costs incurred.

 

MONTHLY CONTRACTS:
We foresee that there will be clients who will need to utilize our services on an on-going basis.  As such, we have created the following Pricing Levels:

 

I. CLERICAL ASSISTANT: For those clients who will be using at least 20 hours and no more than 39 hours of our services per month, we are offering you a 5% discount on our regular Administrative rates. 

            Example

            20 Hours x $25.00 = $500 - $20.00 (5%) = $475.00

 

 

II. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: For those clients who will be using at least 40 hours and no more than 59 hours of our services per month, we are offering you a 10% discount on our regular Administrative rates. 

            Example

            40 Hours x $25.00 = $1,000 - $50.00 (5%) = $950.00

 

 

III. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: For those clients who will be using at least 60 hours and no more than 80 hours of our services per month, we are offering you a 15% discount on our regular Administrative rates. 

            Example

            60 Hours x $25.00 = $1,500 - $75.00 (5%) = $1,425.00

 

 

 

All of the above packages are retainer programs and therefore must be paid up-front.  Left-over hours may be carried over for one month.  After two months, if the client uses less than the agreed upon hours, the rate and package will be re-negotiated.  Any additional hours that are required, will be billed at the special rate.

 

ON-SITE:
This service is offered FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, on a VERY LIMITED basis, with all work being done from your location (in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area only!!)

  •  General Word Processing/Administrative Support: $25/hourly
  • General Desk-top Publishing: $35/hourly

 

Our pricing is based on a two (2) hour minimum, with mileage billed separately at 44.5 cents per mile, (this rate is based on the 2006 GSA Privately Owned Vehicle Mileage Reimbursement Rates)

 

I ASSIST does charge extra, for “intangibles”, which will be detailed on your invoice, (copies of receipts will be provided upon request).  Those services include but are not limited to:

  • Copies: will be billed at cost.  I ASSIST utilizes the services of STAPLES Copy Center.
  • Postage: will be billed at cost and is subject to increase, without notice, depending on the decisions of the U.S. Postal Service/Fed-Ex/UPS
  • Long-Distance Calls: will be billed at cost.
